Fair, documented enforcement built around your property.

Vehicle immobilization for apartment communities, HOAs, and commercial lots. Every action is photographed, located, and time-stamped, and every vehicle owner can see exactly how to resolve it.

Sample record

From site visit to returned boot

Each case follows the same path, and every step is recorded.

  1. Site visit

We monitor your property on a regular schedule, set around what your property needs and what management is comfortable with. Violations are logged with photos and a map pin.

  2. Boot

When a violation calls for action under your property's rules, a boot is placed with clear instructions on the vehicle for getting it removed.

  3. Release

The owner enters the boot ID on our release site, pays online, and gets the unlock code right away, at any hour.

  4. Return

The boot goes back to the property's drop box. Return terms are shown before anyone pays.

  5. Record

Photos, location, timestamps, and who handled the case stay on file for you to review.

Your own view of everything

Property managers get a login to the manager portal, so you never have to ask what happened on your lot.
